Service Description
If you are having trouble fitting jewellery in existing holes, we assist you with this. We have a wide range of jewellery to choose from in store. Please note that we cannot fit jewellery purchased elsewhere for health and safety reasons. This appointment is for a duration of 15 minutes only. If you would like to take your time browsing and discussing our jewellery options, we suggest booking a 'Jewellery Consultation' instead. If you are concerned and your current jewellery is causing discomfort we will discuss the best jewellery option for you.
Cancellation Policy
If you are running late please inform as soon as possible. We have a 5 minute grace period, otherwise we may not be able to complete your service within the remaining time. We will try to accommodate you if possible (this will be dependent on our availability on the day). This may mean rescheduling you to later in the day. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment without contacting us, you will be marked as a 'no show' which will result in losing your deposit and appointment.
