TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPOINTMENT T&C'S

  • Deposits are required to be paid through the website to secure all piercing and service bookings.

 

We do not accept deposits or bookings over the phone, or by another means other than through our online booking system. 

 

Deposits paid will be deducted from the final cost for all products and services on the day of the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation or an appointment 'no show' this ensures that there is minimal loss of earning to the studio and staff.

  • All clients must bring a a form of valid photo ID with them to every piercing appointment.

 

Appointments for anyone under the age of 18 years old require official photographic ID for both the piercee and parent or legal guardian who is required to attend all appointments. Please see our age and ID policies page for more information.

 

Failure to provide photo ID at the time of the appointment will result in refusal of service and loss of deposit.

  • Service fees cover only the time duration of the appointment - jewellery is not included in any of our services.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice. ​

  • We have a grace period of 5 minutes for lateness of arrival to piercing appointments. Anything over 5 minutes with no attempt to contact the studio will be subject to possible refusal of service, and deposit being retained. 

PIERCING & SERVICE FEES

  • ​Our piercing fees only include plain implant-grade titanium jewellery (post/bar and plain 3mm attachment(s)) required for the piercing. We offer a wide range of jewelry that can also be chosen for use in a fresh piercing, but will come at an additional cost. Our most basic jewelry starts from £5. We will always be happy to discuss the additional options when you arrive at your appointment.​

OTHER SERVICE FEES

  • We charge various fees for other services such as jewelry fittings, consultations etc. These fees do not include jewellery, or additional services which will come at an added cost (all fees and prices will be explained before any service is performed or jewellery is installed).

  • Clients are liable to pay all costs of services and fees not covered by a deposit before leaving the studio.

JEWELLERY SALES & RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of the services we provide, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns when it comes to jewellery due to health and safety.

  • Clients are liable to pay in full for all jewellery (other than plain jewellery that is included in our piercing fee) prior to leaving the studio.

FAULTY JEWELLERY

  • We have a lifetime guarantee on all of our branded jewellery  against manufacturing faults.

  • In the event that a piece of jewellery has broken, the client may contact the studio to arrange an inspection and potential replacement or repair. If the fault is down to a manufacturing error, there will be no charge for any repairs or replacement of the piece. Please note that timelines on repairs and replacements may vary from supplier to supplier.

  • Jewellery damaged by mishandling, that has been lost, or stolen is not covered by our lifetime guarantee.

  • Upon inspection, if jewellery has been damaged as a result of mishandling, the client will be liable to pay all occuring costs for shipping, repair, or replacement.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE T&C'S

  • We will not pierce anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.​

  • We will not pierce anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Failure to provide valid photo ID will result in refusal of service.

GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS

  • All gift card sales are final.

  • No change can be given on gift cards if the full amount is not spent.

  • Gift cards can of course be used as part payment for our goods and services.

  • Gift cards must be redeemed in full by the end of the validity date shown on the giftcard/ voucher. Only under special circumstances we may be willing to extend the validity date of a giftcard. Please email us at contact@mystiquepiercing.com  should you require additional time to redeem your giftcard.

WEBSITE INFORMATION & PRICES

  • The information on all of our products, services, and the prices we charge are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change the prices for our products and services at any time. Additional information on our pricing and sales tax can be found on our payments page.
