Service Description
IMPORTANT: This appointment is for consultation / professional advice only. This service does not include any piercing procedures, jewellery removal, fitting or changes. If you require those services, additional service fees and bookings will apply SERVICE FEE & DEPOSIT: Full payment of £10 is required at booking to secure your appointment. This fee covers our time and expertise; it is non-refundable and will not be deducted from any additional purchases. AGE POLICY: Clients must be 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian for the duration of all appointments. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Rescheduling within 48 hours or failing to show will result in a forfeited deposit. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time! Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a loss of your appointment & fee. A new booking will be required to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you are running late please inform as soon as possible. We have a 5 minute grace period, otherwise we may not be able to complete your service within the remaining time. We will try to accommodate you if possible (this will be dependent on our availability on the day). This may mean rescheduling you to later in the day. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment without contacting us, you will be marked as a 'no show' which will result in losing your deposit and appointment.
