Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 notice before the start of your appointment otherwise any deposit(s) paid will be forfeited to the studio, and a new deposit will be required to book any further appointments. This is to ensure there is enough time to offer the slot to other clients, and there is no loss of earning to the studio. Deposits are non-negotiable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
