Service Description
Professional assistance with changing jewellery in existing piercings. Please note that we cannot fit jewellery that has not been purchased from Mystique Piercing Boutique for health and safety reasons. We have a wide range of jewellery to choose from in store. This appointment is for a duration of 15 minutes only, and covers changes (removal of current jewellery & fitting) of up to 3 piercings. Please book an extended appointment for 4+ piercings if you desire any additional jewellery changes which will allow 30 minutes. If you are concerned and your current jewellery is causing discomfort we will discuss the best jewellery option for you.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please give a minimum of 48 notice before the start of your appointment otherwise any deposit(s) paid will be forfeited to the studio, and a new deposit will be required to book any further appointments. This is to ensure there is enough time to offer the slot to other clients, and there is no loss of earning to the studio. Deposits are non-negotiable, and non-refundable under any circumstances. If you are running late please inform as soon as possible. We have a 10 minute grace period, otherwise we may not be able to complete your service within the remaining time. We will try to accommodate you if possible (this will be dependent on our availability on the day). This may mean rescheduling you to later in the day. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without contacting us, you will be marked as a 'no show' which will result in losing your deposit and appointment.
