Assistance with removing jewellery. To fit new jewellery please book a 'Jewellery Change' instead.
Service Description
IMPORTANT: This service is for the removal of jewellery only. If you require additional assistance with fitting jewellery, please book a 'Jewellery Change' Appointment. SERVICE FEE & DEPOSIT: Full payment of £5 (15 minute appointment) / £10 (30 minute appointment) is required at booking to secure your appointment. This fee covers our time, expertise, and sterilization processes; it is non-refundable and will not be deducted from any additional purchases. JEWELLERY POLICY: Jewellery is not included in the service fee. For hygiene and safety standards, we strictly do not fit or insert any jewellery that has not been purchased from our studio. AGE POLICY: Clients must be 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian for the duration of all appointments. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Rescheduling within 48 hours or failing to show will result in a forfeited deposit. LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time! Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in a loss of your appointment & fee. A new booking will be required to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
If you are running late please inform as soon as possible. We have a 5 minute grace period, otherwise we may not be able to complete your service within the remaining time. We will try to accommodate you if possible (this will be dependent on our availability on the day). This may mean rescheduling you to later in the day. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment without contacting us, you will be marked as a 'no show' which will result in losing your deposit and appointment.
